3. Advertisers will ensure that all images will be free from copyright, and may only be submitted with the photographer's permission. Advertisers will ensure that all images depict the actual item for sale.
4. Motorsport-trader.com accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of any advertisement contained within the website motorsport-trader.com. All items are sold as is. The warranty on the items listed is strictly between the buyer and seller if any warranty exists, which may or may not include the original warranty. Motorsport-trader.com will not honor any warranty for any of the items listed.
5. The shipping cost is not included in the listed price and the buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost unless otherwise noted.
6. Motorsport-trader.com may suspend or terminate access to their website at any time.
